Rick Hopp
Owner / Licensed Agent
I graduated Southwest Missouri State University in 1977 with a degree in Biology and Psychology. I have two children, Sarah and Eldon. I started in the insurance business with the Continental Insurance Company in 1978 where I was a traveling field agent and called on agencies in central Missouri. I took a sales position with the Wiemann & Pues Insurance Agency in 1981, working with owner Jerry Bean. I purchased the agency from his estate in 1993 when Mr. Bean passed away and have owned the agency since. Besides working in the insurance agency, I have been involved with the Washington Town & Country Fair since 1984, serving as the Main Stage Entertainment Coordinator until 2010 and the Fair Chairman in 1991. Currently I am the President of the Historic Washington Foundation, the sister organization of Downtown Washington, Inc. I believe in Downtown! I am also a member of the Washington Lions Club since 1982. Another one of my passions is helping kids with disabilities and I have been a member of the Moolah Shriners of St. Louis Patrol for 51 years. Sarah Hopp
Vice President / Licensed Agent - Commercial, Life and Group Health
I am a 2006 graduate of Washington High School. After high school, I attended Saint Louis University, where I received my Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Soon after graduating college, I took a huge risk and made a career change and moved to New York City in 2015! In NYC, I bartended for Broadway theatres, while going on tons of auditions for musical theatre. I made my Off-Broadway debut in "Antigone in Ferguson" in 2018. In 2019, I was lucky enough to be able to perform in "Antigone in Ferguson" again, this time for a ten week run in Brooklyn. In 2020 when Covid hit, I moved back to Washington and decided to get my insurance license. I have been a commercial agent with the company since 2021. I have a huge passion for musical theatre and have been performing since high school. I also love to travel and try to travel as much as I can. Come on in and see me and we can talk about theatre, travel and animals...and of course insurance. Fun Facts about Sarah: Dream vacation: Right now, it is an around the world cruise. I have been very fortunate to have traveled to some pretty amazing places in my life already. Doris Hopp
Accountant
I joined the agency in 2019, working alongside my husband, Richard “Rick” Hopp. Before joining the family business, I spent nearly 30 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist, beginning my career in 1990. A lifelong Franklin County resident, I have spent my career working and serving in the community I call home. Today, I manage the accounting side of the agency, bringing the attention to detail, organization, and personal touch I developed throughout my years in healthcare. One of my favorite parts of Wiemann & Pues is the people—I would describe the team as hardworking and simply a wonderful group of women to work with. I have also been an active member of Lions Clubs since 2014, which happens to be where I met Rick. Through Lions, I enjoy staying connected to the community and helping others. An avid hiker, I have joined several hiking groups over the years and enjoy the friendships, adventures, and opportunity to explore new places that hiking has brought into my life. I also love traveling, experiencing new places and cultures, and spending time with family and friends. These days, I am especially excited about a new chapter in my life—being a grandma! And when I'm home, you can often find me in the kitchen making sourdough bread, one of my favorite hobbies.
Ricki Torres
Licensed Agent - Personal Lines
I was born and raised in Washington, Missouri and graduated Washington High School in 1992. I joined the Wiemann & Pues Insurance Agency team in 1998, working as a customer service representative. I later acquired my agents license in 2003 and currently service the personal lines department. Whether it be your home, auto or personal belongings, it's my job to make sure your valuable assets are covered in the untimely event of loss. Outside of the office I am happily married to my husband Anthony. We reside in Washington with our two children Reese and Gavin. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I absolutely love this area and am proud to call Washington home. Fun Facts about Ricki: Dream vacation: Hawaii , Australia or Egypt - in that order Favorite local restaurant: Tilted Skillet and Hawthorne Hidden talent: Cake Decorating / Floral design ...Thanks Mom Fun fact: I actually used to fly Helicopters. Only got as far as hover soloing ....BUT in a Zombie Apocalypse, rest assured I could at least get us off the ground. Now landing safely? That's still up in the air ...LITERALLY. However, to be fair it has been 30 years ago and I may be a tad rusty. Best insurance tip: Walk through your home and video every room . Open drawers and closets and don't forget the basement, sheds and garage . Keep the video on the cloud or on a Thumb drive . Because after a devastating loss like a fire or tornado ...you would be surprised at all your worldly possessions that you can't recollect in a time like that.
Kaylyn Ruebling

I am a proud graduate of the Warrenton High School Class of 2005. After graduating high school, I enlisted in the US Navy where I proudly served on the USS Iwo Jima LHD-7. After leaving the Navy, I moved back to Missouri for a few years, then moved to Indiana for a few years, only to reunite with my childhood best friend, (now husband), Steve and move back to Missouri. We were married on March 25,2017 and have raised 2 amazing boys Seth and Bentley. I joined Wiemann and Pues in May 2026 after being in the car world for many years. I love the environment that is instilled here and can't wait to see where this takes me. Fun Facts about Kaylyn: Dream Vacation: ABC Islands (Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao) Favorite local restaurant: Maw Maw's Kitchen (Warrenton) Pets: Squirtle and Charmander, both are mini dachshunds (yes, we named them after Pokemon) Fun fact: I have over 80 tattoos. Best insurance tip: Don't let your insurance coverage be compromised when trying to save money. Saving money upfront doesn't always mean saving money in the long run.
Robin Martini

I'm a born and raised Jersey Girl who moved to Washington, Missouri in 1999. In 2004 I walked through the doors of Wiemann & Pues for my own personal insurance needs and have been here ever since. Not only did I get a great job, but I gained a family. I'm currently the Administrative Assistant and Bond Underwriter for the agency and have learned so much in the 23 years I've been employed here. I am the mother of one beautiful and talented daughter Rayann. When I'm not working I enjoy the gym, my family & friends and traveling. Fun Facts about Robin: Favorite snack: Just one! This is tough, but I have to say anything with peanut butter on it.
